The beautiful hotel-inspired lobby features a furnished reception area adorned with a signature art installation by famed New York artist Kenzo Minami. Next to the lobby there is a Little Big Burger, along with a grocery store and shopping right next door. On the mezzanine level, you’ll find a Social Study, the Club Lounge and Media Lounge. Residents also have access to covered parking, a dedicated bike storage area and an onsite WeCar carshare program – which caters to students.
Courtside also features high-tech security, with a videophone entry system, coded key fob access to the building and elevators, an attended lobby and video monitoring of public spaces.
